this spectacular beach front home is 3 stories, 3300 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 6 newly renovated bathrooms
the house comes with all the amenities you would expect in a luxury home Viking and Wolf Kitchen; rich hard wood floors and stone throughout with professionally decorated furnishings that are both stylish and comfortable. There is a garage and street parking. Although, once you arrive, you will never need to use your car again.
the outside space: this luxury retreat has 3 levels of outdoor space with incredible views of the pacific ocean with the santa monica pier to your left, and malibu to your right, but it also is literally on the santa monica beach and boardwalk
the 1st floor has a private terrace with direct beach access Level 2 has a fabulous deck off the living room with an unobstructed ocean view. Newly added folding doors open the whole wall for true indoor outdoor SoCal living. On the 3rd level you will have a beautiful private deck off the Master bedroom which is the best place in the house to enjoy your morning coffee and evening ocean sunsets.
the location is unsurpassed with beach front access and situated just a short walk north of the santa monica pier In 7 minutes you can walk to the 3rd Street Promenade and all of its famous restaurants and shopping in downtown Santa Monica. The Boardwalk starts at the Pier and Venice beach is 1 mile south. You don’t need to deal with a car and finding parking because everything is within 10 minutes by foot.

Summary: We were privileged to share this unique chic and updated home on the Santa Monica beach. Mere steps to the famed Santa Monica Pier, photos don't do justice to how close it is. Jon always kept contact and answered anything we might need exceptionally fast and friendly. The view of Santa Monica beach and pier can't be rivaled. You're part of the spirit and beach vibe, yet totally private and secured by your own beach access gate. The closest to celebrity we've ever felt. The most difficult decision was on which of the glass balconies to retreat to. Quite mesmerizing the scene as the Pier lights up with all its neon grandeur announcing the end to a day packed with an array of beach activities. Viking appliances, a master bathroom updated with just the best to offer and our finicky expectations of cleanliness exceeded. Access to Downtown Santa Monica within walking distance, the home is conveniently located between 2 overwalks, the 1 to the North has a bike path. A garage and driveway large enough to fit a full size truck was unexpectedly great, since space at such a premium for such a central location. With having numerous previous homes visited we'd highly recommend making this a stop on your CA stay. Thanks Jon, hope to see you soon again. Quinton, Christelle and CC.
