lighthouse towers is undergoing exterior balcony/walkway surface maintenance Even though our balcony is complete; however, there are swing units attached to the ends of the building, enabling crews to access the last units. (Our unit is in the middle.) There is also associated intermittent construction noise and the hot tub/pool is often closed until work is complete. **If interested in booking, message owner for current status.** Bottom line: the views of the beach, gulf, and bay are incredible from our unit…and the beach is in perfect shape-waiting for you.

sand key park is a short walk down the beach Also within a short walk is a boardwalk shopping center on the water with Dunkin Donuts, nail salon, convenience mart, coffee shop, clothing & souvenir stores, Maggie Mae's diner, Backwaters Grill (steaks & seafood), Italian restaurant, and the famous Columbia Restaurant.
