the floating wood stairs lead you to the loft area where a twin daybed and a papasan chair provide a quiet time to cuddle up with a good book Located on the same level are two well-furnished queen bedrooms. One of the queen bedrooms has a desk and a 37" flat-screen TV. The large, full bathroom with tub and shower is shared between both bedrooms upstairs. Views of the ocean and trees can be seen from the loft area.

this house overlooks the wetlands on nehalem rd, on the neah-kah-nie side of manzanita This residential area is quiet and close to the beach. We manage Sand Dollar and 2 other vacation rentals within walking distance to each other on this road. Great for families/groups wanting separate housing. (just keep in mind of manzanita`s occupancy limits)
getting around:
if you`re staying in manzanita, there is no need for a car, but if you are wanting to travel outside of manzanita, we do have a public bus called "the wave" which can take you north or south There is info on The Wave in our rental or you can find a schedule in our office in Manzanita.
other things to note:
the hot tub fee is in the total of your rental, there is no additional charge for use of the hot tub
