the house is over 100 years old This 3rd floor apartment was recently renovated to have a clean, modern feel while retaining its New England charm.

this 3rd floor apartment includes three spacious bedrooms and a small kitchenette / dining area The kitchenette that includes a two burner induction cook-top and microwave as well as all items that you will need for cooking, including a tea and coffee maker. Please note that there is no oven in the kitchen.
two bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds and one is equipped with two twin beds This apartment doesn't have a living room.
the staircase is not steep or long, however it might be challenging if you are with elderly people, small children or are carrying very heavy luggage
