First level is open design with high end finishes and all conveniences, half bath, laundry and direct access to yard or garage which has game tables available for indoor fun. Bedroom on this level is a junior suite with private covered deck, full bath and pull out sofa which makes this a great flex option for entertaining or for sleeping when needed. Sleeper sofa also in living room. Upstairs is another 2 bedrooms and hall bath, SECOND LAUNDRY ROOM and the gorgeous master suite. rental includes 6 badges to the eliz-carter private beach and pets will be considered!
