Summary: We enjoyed the charm of the rooftopApartment, but would have chosen somewhere else based on these factors:1:) The all-night noise. On Friday night a club beneath us played till after 4am. Beyond the noise, the base shakes the entire apartment. We missed most of a night of sleep. 2.) Communication with the owners was haphazard. 3.) The property is accessed through a stairway which is open to the street. Returning to our apartment Sunday, the door to the stairway was held closed by an unhoused man who was staying in the stairwell. He did leave after only a few minutes and we were able to access the stairs to the apartment.
