- cassowaries visit the block at different times, please do not feed them and do not approach the bird If you sight a snake (usually pythons) please let Nancy know and the local snake catcher will come and remove it. Please do not attempt to kill snakes or insects.

- guests are also advised to save energy to avoid running out of electricity
- please charge your phone and electronics in advance in case of low-light days

- due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- keep in mind that bbq grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
