Positive: We can only recommend this place! Firstly, the owners are exceptionally nice. We had some private incident that was completely disrupting our evening and the owners were so nice to help us out, for long time, took care of us. They are just genuinely kind people and we cannot thank them enough. Even regardless this help, I definitely 100% recommend this place, it is brand new, spacious, sparkling clean, the food is fantastic, it was one of the best ryokan dinners we had. We wish we had stayed longer. It was a great location for a stopover on the way from Jigokudani Monkey Park to Tokyo.

Summary: Fantastic! Extremely recommended!
