this truly is a holiday home where you can relax and snuggle in like a local ... saltwater cottage is located right where rye begins, near corner of weeroona st & nepean hwy , walking distance to everything and still a quiet street!
all beds and bedding are hotel quality, all underlays and pillow protectors are anti-allergenic your nightly rate includes bed linens (+ bathtowels) for guest numbers as booked (so 2 guests is 1 queen, 3 guests 2 queens or 1 queen 2 singles etc etc), extra linens can be set up for $25 per single / $50 per queen
relax on one of the two the cottage decks or retreat to watch tv in your own rooms, there are plenty of spaces for the whole group

our calender has min stays set for different arrival dates/days - this would be the min booking to be made then your bonus applies to that booking - we add it on for free, not deduct a day from your booking
- feb & march 2025 - book min 3+ nights to add one bonus night on free! (no bonus night is a fri, sat or sun night or public holidays) eg : if you book sat + sunday + mon then only tuesday can be a free night
- april 2025 - aug 2025 - book min 2+nights to have a bonus night apply (no fri or sat night is a bonus night but sundays can be, yay!)
excluding all dates during school holidays & long weekends & public holidays - also the night before a long weekend isn't a free night unless booked as part of a long weekend booking
