There are two screened-in patios located off the living area facing east and west and an open sundeck on the south side, ideal for enjoying the cool ocean breezes and outdoor entertaining. The master bedroom is also located on this level with a spacious bathroom and jetted jacuzzi tub. The lower ground floor offers the other 3 bedrooms and baths with an entry lounge area, laundry facility, full bath with shower and a half bath.
