coolest neighborhood in new orleans! fully private cozy charming cottage self contained with a private bathroom and a walk in shower
centrally located near the super-dome, convention Center and just a 15 minute walk to French Quarter! Nest high-speed wifi and free street parking! Host lives one he property which has two additional units. Outside seating with tropical plants and outside lighting. dehumidifier too!
the space
intimate and private, the studio cottage is a separate unit at the back of the main house off the street with distressed wood floors, fridge and microwave A minute walk to the CBD and 15 minutes to the French Quarter! The neighborhood is a quiet sanctuary from the party atmosphere of Frenchmen Street and the Quarter, with the Superdome and CBD in the background. Walk over a few blocks to St. charles and you can ride the streetcar down to canal or up to the garden district, here is one of many reviews!
"the location was perfect The bbq place across the street is awesome for easy meals and there was a market close by so we could purchase waters when we arrived. It was really quiet as well, and very nice to come home to a comfortable spot at the end of the day. we grabbed uber's easily for anywhere we wanted to go, i would highly recommend andy's place for anyone coming to new orleans in the future, and would stay here again myself if i'm lucky enough to return!"

other things to note
we are just a block and a half from the cbd i live in the complex, along with my permanent tenants and two airnb units, behind a closed in fence, we are very secure and relaxed!
