enjoy our unique getaway that is conveniently located on the south side of breckenridge with amazing views this quiet oasis is the perfect little summit county home away from home, and faces the continental divide to provide views of the colorado rocky mountains you’ll treasure for life!
as you enter through the front door, directly to the left is the kitchen equipped with all of the tools needed to create any delectable dish your heart desires On the edge of the kitchen, you’ll find bar-style seating & there is also a dining area perfect for your group of 4.
the living room has seating for three to unwind on the sofa and chair, all of which are comfortably positioned in front of a fireplace and smart tv for streaming using your own accounts
the two bedrooms each have queen beds, and the primary bedroom provides direct access to the full bathroom

the condo is located in the most ideal part of breckenridge, offering the best of both worlds as it allows you to walk to both main street and the ski lifts In the summer months, the bungalow is hike-in, hike-out with super easy access to some of the best hiking and biking trails that beautiful Breckenridge has to offer. Also in the summer, be sure to stroll on over to the Sunday Farmer’s Market and Maggie Pond in Main Street Station.

the location of the condo is ideal for everyone, including the kids Within walking distance to the famous Breckenridge Troll, as well as Main Street Station which is the hub of the town and the location for many fun events, like paddleboarding on Maggie Pond, and the Sunday Farmer’s Market. It is also where you will find the best candy shop in Summit County. In the Winter, you are just a 5-minute walk from the ski school lift as well, making everything super easy for the entire fam.

happy trails to you-
hiking/ biking trails are aplenty in the neighborhood as this is a hike-in-hike-out property For something on the easier side, we suggest Burro Trail, and to turn it into moderate keep going up to Francie’s Cabin. For more on the moderate to hard end, Crystal Lake or Mohawk Lakes in Blue River. To really kick it into high gear, 14er Quandary Mountain, but be prepared for a full day and check weather conditions before you go.
