Meanwhile, the towns of Bideford and Torrington are a short drive away and there's easy access to the Tarka Trail for country walks and cycling.

on the ground floor there's an open-plan living space comprising the kitchen and dining room, with a lovely limestone floor and underfloor heating, plus the lounge There are fantastic floor-to-ceiling windows with views over the garden and the river.
