there is a bedroom on each floor - every bedroom has an ensuite Entry is on the middle level. The ground floor is a versatile space that can serve as both a private bedroom and a second living area, featuring a TV and a tea/coffee nook as well as it's own riverside patio. Sliding doors allow you to separate the two areas for added privacy. The top floor is the heart of the home with a well equipped kitchen and open-plan living area. Just beyond the kitchen, you'll find the third bedroom with two single beds.
for ultimate comfort, each floor has its own heat pump/air-conditioning unit and underfloor heating for tiled spaces
