Riverfront house! Huge 16' x 16' platform deck at riverfront bank area. Plus 10' x 10' floating dock with gangway (in summer.) Private river access with kayaks and paddle-boards included. Gorgeous newly renovated kitchen/dining/living/great room, updated bathrooms, fantastic balcony overlooking water and large lot with flat yard for playing and gently sloped river access. Hot tub on deck overlooking river. Great for a relaxing getaway, a family vacation, a girls weekend, steel-head and salmon fishing or a base for wine tasting.

Summertime haven for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, tubing. 5 minute drive to Guerneville town center, restaurants, groceries, pubs/bars, playgrounds, wine tasting. A lovely wintertime getaway. Check out the fall foliage colors. Smell the spring flowers. An when warm enough (late spring, summer and early fall) tons of water fun from your own private riverfront access.

early check-in and/or late check-out may be available depending on my cleaner's schedule If available, I generally charge a fee equal to about 4.2% of your nightly rate per hour (basically 1/24 of your nightly rate.) So if you want 2 hours early check-in and you paid $500 per night, the fee would be $42. Please let me know asap if you are requesting early check-in or late check-out so I can check with the cleaners. I charge this fee because I usually pay the cleaners more for the tight cleaning window and because it is extra work for me to coordinate it with cleaners, etc.
pets:
pet fee is $35 per night per pet and $200 per week per pet You are required to notify me if you are bringing a pet and/or select the pet option when booking to have the fee added automatically. (I can adjust the fee before or after booking for week+ rentals.)
cleaning *we are following all recommended cleaning requirements for vacation rentals to prevent virus transmission This includes: disinfecting of all high touch surfaces, providing a minimum time between guests, masks and gloves worn by cleaning staff and laundering linens per recommendations.
cleaning fee:
my cleaning fee includes the maintenance of the hot tub, which is serviced frequently and drained/cleaned/refilled regularly The cleaning fee also includes the normal cleaning and the special recommendations/protocol for Covid-19.
river levels: summer dams are installed from mid-june to mid-sept When the dams are in, the river level rises and covers the grey rocky beach seen in some of our photos. During the summer dams, we have a gangway down to our floating dock. In FALL, WINTER and SPRING, there is a huge grey rocky "beach" which is lovely for a walk along the river and the river has a slight current. Kayaking and boating is available usually March through November, depending on rainy season. We bring our kayaks and paddleboards up to store during the winter rainy season and take them back down in March usually. When the summer dams are not up, you have to carry the kayaks or paddleboards across the grey rocky beach to the edge of the river.
