Conveniently located just minutes from the renowned Fryeburg Fair! Private water access from the backyard and views of the river from most every room. The beauty of the river extends through all four seasons and is fun for the whole family. From fishing, swimming and paddling in the summer, beautiful foliage in the fall, skiing and boarding in the winter and spring, this home has it all. High cathedral ceilings and an open main level make for a wonderful chance to spend time family and friends. This house also features a fireplace, Roku, wi-fi, gas grill and fully renovated kitchen (spring '23) equipped with a gas stove, coffee maker and dishwasher. Large, wrap-around deck with hot tub and screened-in porch promotes peaceful outdoor enjoyment for all ages. Also featuring a lower level with a bonus sleeping room, tv and pool table.
