Spacious, family friendly home in Hendersonville! Centrally located, just 16 min to Hendersonville and 25 to Brevard. Asheville is about 40 min away. This home has plenty of room to spread out with three bedrooms and multiple living spaces. There is also a one car garage to store bikes, kayaks etc. This home is in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood with beautiful trees and a small stream behind the house. We have a trail cam and have seen bobcats, bear, raccoon, deer & possum.
the main level of the home has a family room with gas fireplace and tv It is open to the kitchen and dining area, which seats 6. Off the dining area is a screened in porch with additional table which seats 4. This is one of our favorite areas to hang out and enjoy the trees and peaceful setting.
you will also find a master bedroom with a king bed and large closet There is a second bedroom with queen bed and twin trundle. Rounding out the main level is a Jack and Jill bath with two toilets and a shower/tub combo (the master bedroom attaches to one of the potty rooms).
in the basement, you will find a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, and a older style roku tv There is a second family room with sofa, tv, and a desk with extra computer monitor for working. There is a game room with a foosball table, dart board, and a table for working puzzles or playing games. There is a full bath (shower) and a laundry room also in the basement. There is an exterior door in the downstairs family room.
if you are so inclined, there is a trail (steep, go down at your own risk) that goes down to a small stream in the backyard You will see two bridges, both of which are on our property.
you will have access to the entire house except for the owners closet in the basement The driveway is large and flat and has parking for 6 cars.
dogs only allowed No cats due to allergies.
this is a quiet neighborhood No parties, illegal activities or loud noise after 10 pm will be tolerated.
there is a ring doorbell on the front door There may be some trail cams in the woods behind the house to catch wildlife. There are no cameras inside the house.
