this gem is steps away from patterson park, the largest green area in baltimore with gorgeous water features and the famous pagoda as well as a dog park Local dining, art galleries and shopping are within walking distance or a short rideshare trip, as are neighboring areas Canton and the famous Fell's Point. The Patterson Park neighborhood is quiet, safe and beautiful! Do exercise typical caution when in a city setting.

this is a rowhome with 3 stories The bedrooms are upstairs on the 2nd floor with full bath, while the half bath and pull out couch are on the main floor. There is a finished basement with multiple backdrops and areas to hang out or listen to records! There is also a twin sized daybed in the basement. FYI there is no door separating the main floor from the basement.
walking distance to hospitals, attractions and dining, or take a brief rideshare trip to get to downtown, the inner harbor, etc The home is a 15 minute drive from BWI airport and has easy access to main highways such as I-895, I-295 and I-95. It is 60 minute drive or even faster train ride to Washington DC. The Penn Station train station is about a 10 minute drive/ride-share trip away.
