1 This is not a party house. Please respect the peaceful neighborhood and not create noise inside and outside of the property.
2 No smoking inside the house please.
3 If you have furry family members, we welcome them but please keep them away the white sofa and carpet floor.
4 the cleaning fee is for cleaning/washing bedding sets/towels, sanitizing, disinfecting, cleaning and fresh the house, not including
trash picking up we prepared trash bags and cans in the side yard, so please put all your food trash in the bags, tie the trash bags and
then put them in the trash can Empty bottles etc. please put them in the recycling can.
5 For security, there is video doorbell beside the front door.
6 There are stairs inside the property, please be careful and take care of your kids. please also keep your kids safe when they are
