this newly remodeled three-story home boasts over 6,800 square feet of luxury waterfront living - the perfect vacation Sitting right on a deep-water canal in Holiday Isle, you'll enjoy direct access to Destin Harbor and Crab Island, and you'll be less than a mile from the sugar-white sand beaches of Destin. You'll find outdoor living at its finest, with over 6,000 sq ft of decks, patios, docks, and a beautiful pool with a shallow wading area/lounge. You'll also enjoy added perks like a private eight-seater golf cart, kayaks, bikes, pool and beach gear, exercise equipment, billiards, Ping-Pong, and game tables for endless at-home fun. A 38-foot boat slip plus 60 feet of canal-front docking (with power and water hook-up) is available for private moorage during your stay.
