This is a nicely remodeled home in a quiet friendly neighborhood, on a canal just a short 2 minute canoe ride to beautiful 90 acre Lake Cooper. Enjoy great bass fishing right off our dock or activities on the lake. We DO NOT RENT THROUGH FACEBOOK. You are welcome to bring any boat you can physically carry or dolly to our launch area in the back yard. There is no public boat launch as this is a private lake. We do have a fishing kayak available for rent at an additional fee. We have 2 grills, horse shoes , corn hole, board games, fishing gear and a video library to enjoy during your stay. We have a work station and a modem so you can plug directly into the internet without using the wifi in the master bedroom for virtual work time. Our home is within walking distance to a dog park and public library, and close to grocery and drug stores , local restaurants etc. We are within 15 minutes of the Moffitt cancer center for those under going treatment. We do occasionally accept shorter bookings in between reservations. Due to this sites limitations, only we can initiate those from your inquiries. Check out our remodeled dock in 2025!.
