As you approach the glass front entry door, you can't help but notice the bright open floorplan with all rooms being surrounded by french doors or windows that open to the ivy covered walled, tropical courtyard in the back of the house.

Both rooms have views of the boat waterways and one of the bedrooms has a large fireplace and private patio with a lovely sitting area and a peak-a-boo ocean view. For the kids downstairs, we have 2 aero twin beds as well as 1 aero queen bed. It's located downstairs from the two mastersuites ,It’s set up typically in the living corner, has it's own bathroom close by. downstairs
we are in a tranquil, guard gated marina community where the greenbelts, parks and boat channels meander through the community Hop on a bike, drive or walk on the paved pedestrian trail (3.5 miles) into the vilage. We have many great restaurants, over 60 actually, 17 hotels including 3 world class resorts, great golf on the island, bars, and wonderful shopping. Have a sunset drink at the world famous Hotel Del Coronado or rent a jetski or sailboat from Loews Hotel and tour the bay. Loews also has a Gondola, for romantic evenings. Pull into "The Landing" boat docks, at the base of the Coronado bridge, and try some of our restaurants there, or hop on the Harbor Hopper for the 5 minute boat ride into downtown San Diego's famous Gaslamp District. be a back and enjoy!
