our home is a split-bedroom design which offers peace and quiet for everyone— great for families or multiple couples Cruise to the town squares, golf courses, and pools with the included 4-person golf cart! It is conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood in the highly sought-after village of Duval. It is a short distance from the Sea Breeze Rec Center and the Duval (adult only) pool. It’s a golfer’s oasis with 8 – 10 golf courses within minutes including Sandhill, Turtle Mound, Truman, Roosevelt, Bogart and Bacall. It is also close to the Pinellas Plaza and Colony Plaza shopping areas.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV, and the third bedroom has a Murphy bed to allow for it to be used as an office. The two guest bedrooms are separated by a second bath. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer and the garage is a two-car garage. Small dogs are welcome with owner approval. A gas golf cart is included for your enjoyment making it easy to take advantage of all that is offered in The Villages. Even though we reside in Pennsylvania, there is an on-site manager permanently based in The Villages, ready to assist with any inquiries you may have.
