Our 2022 renewed detached house is located in ColΓ di Lazise, a green and quiet district of Lazise, only 400 metres from the Garda Thermal Park, in an apartment complex with shared swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09), only 4 km from the historic centre of Lazise. The house, of 75 mq, develops on two floors and can accommodate up to 5 people.

The living room, which overlooks a well-kept garden, has a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate an adult or a child, and satellite TV.
