Superb African style villa, with makuti roof recently renovated, all new, with two beautiful large double bedrooms, with king size bed and 1 additional bed in each, adjoining large private bathroom with shower, in both bedrooms. Large living room surrounded by large English windows that can be easily opened, with dining area, and relaxation area with armchairs and sofas'. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, kitchen with gas oven, sink, and a store complete with dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster. The villa is surrounded for its entire perimeter by its beautiful private garden with tall tropical plants and surrounded by hedges of multicolored boungavillas. The villa is inserted in the Italian residence Flamingo Villas, with the magnificent sea water swimming pool equipped with sun beds, and accessible all year round. From the Villa You can walk to the ocean in 5 minutes, and you can take long walks in the middle of the dunes of the sea until you reach the coral reef when there is low tide. All around is very quiet you can hear the sound of the ocean and the sea breeze caresses the air, the warm and at the same time fresh wind comforts us until we fall asleep. It is a wonderful place and it is worth treating yourself to a holiday in Villa RedSunshine. We offer included in the accommodation offer, continental breakfast with milk, tea and coffee, juice, toast with jam, sweets and lots of tropical fruit. Our staff will assist you throughout your chosen stay. In the Villa there is a 24-hour non-stop surveillance service. The beach equipped with MAYUNGU sun beds and umbrellas is about 1.5km away and can be reached by car in 10 minutes, if you love walking and admiring the surrounding landscape it takes about 20 minutes. After the sea and sun bath you can relax at the restaurant which is part of the same equipped beach, and you will taste tasty dishes based on fish and tropical fruit. Always there, a few steps from the beach, you can watch the return of the fishermen aboard their boats loaded with fish. MAYUNGU beach with its dunes in the middle of the ocean when there is low tide offers fantastic scenery, you can take a long walk and enjoy the sun. Hurry to book!.
