summer of 2025: there are 2 single person paddle boards and 1 canoe
river level drops from mid july to mid august
guests will need to note that during a warm and dry summer water level drops in front of property from mid july through mid august reaching about knee high RIVER GETS DEEPER PAST THAT POINT ALLOWING CANOE/PADDLE BOARD TO BE USED. BOTTOM OF RIVER IS SANDY WITH STONES IN SOME AREAS, WATER SHOES ARE A MUST.
