Negative: Elevator didnt work, staff said they would fix it multiple times, didnt happen. Found trash in my room from the previous visitors, told the staff they didnt do anything. Roomcard didnt work once, they dont pick up the phone even when u tell them a 100 times that ur calling. When the toilet paper ran out i told the security guard it ran out, he said he would call and bring new toilet paper, guess what? didnt happen. Always had to drive myself from the residence to the hotel to complain and fix the issues myself cuz they never picked up the phone, or when i told the security guys to relay a message they said yes but didnt do it. Very annoying. Bathtub was clogged up, they fixed it day 3 even tho i complained day 1 ( by going all the way to the hotel with my own car because they didnt pick up the phone see photo)

Summary: dont go here offseason, summerprices but not summerservice, because i was one of the only guests theh think they can be
