Positive: MUST READ: This place continues to strive for excellence! From the moment you exit the vehicle you are greated as a super customer. The entire staff from bellhop, elevator staff, maid service and maintenance, ALL CARE! Easy check in, professional front desk and polite. Room service team can't be beat! Just ask and they willake it happen. I actually had an incident where my wife and I was walking to the elevator, I was snacking and choked on some food.. I could no breath.. my wife screamed for help. Out of nowhere come a maintenance man, he jumped on his radio, called down for emergency services, and with in a minute or less I had a EMS trained staff member there taking my vitals.. ( I did regain breathing on my own yet scared the hell out of me and my wife). I was so impressed how fast they jumped into action. So thank you Mr maintenance man and Radisson for having emergency medical services on board. Room's our top knotch. The hard water pressure and HOTTEST SHOWER in the Philippines (just my opinion as I'm retired and live in the Philippines, my wife and I travel monthly and The Radisson Cebu is the best. Comfortable beds, clean and QUITE rooms. The SM Mall is also right at your door step.
