as you pull into the horseshoe bay resort community you will immediately know you made the right decision for a relaxing weekend! the condo was completely upgraded within the last year The kitchen has all upgraded appliances, the beds are very comfortable and new and the bathrooms are gorgeous. you will find that we have thought about all of the small things that will make your stay enjoyable and memorable!
although the condo is amazing, the main draw is of course that the condo is right on the lake lbj and has its own private pool! the options are limitless Fishing off the dock. Paddleboarding for sunset (even great in Winter). Renting a jet ski or boat for the day and using the private docks. Hanging out on the aqua lily pad. Grilling by the pool and enjoying dinner looking at the lake! (We don't charge anything for the use of the paddleboards).
there is one parking space assigned to the condo and then there is additional guest parking The walls are shared but it is very quiet and peaceful. There is a small sitting area on the back patio that is private but the grill, pool, and lake area are all shared with the others at the condo.

you will need a car or boat to get around the area we have a list of all of the closest places hung up in the condo to make things easier for you :)
bedroom 1: the master suite has a king-sized bed with a walk-out patio, a 50-inch 4k tv w/ cable, and a gorgeous master bathroom
bedroom 2: this bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress It also has its own walk-in closet.
bedroom 3: perfect for kids this is a smaller room that offers a trundle bed with two twin beds There is no closet or bedside table and if both beds are out it takes up the whole room.
please note that we are not affiliated with hsb resort so booking with us will not get you access to the hsb resort amenities We also do not allow boat or trailer parking in our parking lot. There are a couple of options for this. The first option is that the roundabout you will pass where HSB Resort is (just about 30 seconds before the turn into our condo) you will see a large patch of grass where people are parked. You can park there for free.
the condo does not face the water Although it is very close to the pool and lake, you don't have that view from inside the unit.
we only accept pets that are under 35 pounds and we'll just ask for a picture
pet fee is $70, max 2 This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.
