Ground floor and terraced apartments with veranda facing the swimming pool of a small residence with swimming pool. Composed of two bedrooms, spacious living room kitchen with sofa bed, bathroom, spacious veranda equipped for outdoor dining, bathroom, further veranda, parking space, washing machine, TV, wifi. In the residence there are 20 apartments, it is very quiet and well-kept, the apartments on the ground floor have a beautiful covered veranda with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, further veranda on the back. They are all well furnished and fresh, there is wi-fi and parking space and a large swimming pool. This beautiful residence is highly appreciated for its position and tranquility, with a walk you can visit many beaches, 300 meters away you will find bars and restaurants, a few kilometers by car you are spoiled for choice on which beautiful beach to visit, or a few minutes in San Teodoro with its nightlife.
