Private, gated, condo community with a complete resort feel. After returning from the beach, enjoy the outdoor pool with water fountain, indoor fitness center, beach volleyball court, tennis court, pickleball courts, putting green and shuffleboard. There is so much to do inside our community. Grills located inside the pool area for your use. Our condo has a coastal feel and is cozy with 2 large bedrooms (King, and 2 Queen beds) and a Carolina Room that can be closed off as a third bedroom with a pull out sofa bed. It will sleep 8 comfortably. Full size washer and dryer for convenience. Four smart TV's available throughout the unit! Beach is just a short drive (approximately 1.7 miles to public beach access) or you can walk (.7 miles) directly to the ocean. Restaurants in walking distance or a short drive away. Barefoot Landing is just a 5 minute drive away and for your convenience Walmart is only 1.5 miles from our community.
