Summary: The older lady in the evening was extremely pleasant and friendly and professional. The two younger ladies in the daytime were not the least bit friendly, appeared to be irritable and we’re not welcoming. The phone in my room did not work and when I mentioned it to the staff, they said oh none of the phones work. if that is the case, they should be removed. Breakfast and coffee was great. Room 107 had black mold in the bathroom room 109 had a broken shampoo dispenser that kept falling off the wall. Pool water was dirty murky.
