located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of st johann, the chalet looks out onto the craggy massif of the renowned wilder kaiser along with views of kitzbühler horn Each season presents it’s own charms be it the beautiful spring flowers; extensive hiking and cycling trails in the summer and autumn, or the dramatic scenery of the snow covered mountains with 2750km of perfectly groomed pistes.

the dining/kitchen is practical and well equipped with miele appliances (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, family fridge and freezer) A washing machine and dryer are also available in the Chalet.
