upon entry to the property, you will see a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with views onto the surrounding countryside and lake The double height ceiling in the living area with its floor to ceiling windows combined with the modern wood burning stove and large comfortable seating makes this room a very relaxing heart of the house.
the dining area overlooks the natural gardens and seats eight people comfortably Adjacent to the dining room is outdoor patio with seating for six. The modern kitchen has all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay including dishwasher, two electric ovens, grill, fridge freezer, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and much more. The utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The two twin bedrooms, each with ensuite are on this floor along with a guest WC.
