UPDATE - Post Hurricane Ian. The island has been impacted by the hurricane and continues to rebuild daily. Our property has been repaired and is fully operational and open for rentals. Large, open floor plan allows for wonderful family time. From the photos the house looks like a duplex but it is all one private home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and screened porch. Located just minutes from Lovers Key State Park and Dog Beach, your very own private villa awaits. The home has a large heated private pool, overlooking a quiet canal where some of our guests have watched manatees and dolphins playing near the dock. Both the front and back yards are fenced, and we are a dog friendly property. Enjoy relaxing in the pool, or sitting at the wet bar in your own island paradise. You can walk to one of Florida’s most beautiful beaches, just a 5 min walk (3-4 blocks) from your home. As business rebuild on the island, more and more restaurants and bars will open.
