Enjoy the wonderful views of the Gulf during the day, and at night, the beautiful lights of Santini Marina Plaza and surrounding areas. This unit overlooks the pool that is beautifully lit at night. There is a great view of the pond at night with a lit fountain. Always something for your viewing pleasure whenever you're relaxing on the balcony! This is a home away from home with all the amenities for a wonderful vacation. Located on the quiet south end of Estero Island, but only a short drive or trolley ride to Times Square. Enjoy peaceful walks on the beach collecting seashells, while admiring all of the local wildlife. Be sure to keep your eyes open for DOLPHIN sightings!! Just a short walk across the street is Santini Marina Plaza with restaurants, shops, and more. There is also a Publix grocery store two miles north on Estero Boulevard.
estero beach and tennis club is beautifully landscaped and sits on 7 miles of white, sandy beach It has a heated pool, a sun deck with ample lounge chairs, tennis and pickleball courts, grilling and picnic areas. The building has a secured lobby, coin and app operated laundry facility in the lobby on the ground floor, plenty of free parking, and is equipped with elevators. Luggage carts are provided in the lobby.

lover's key state park is just a 3 mile drive south on estero blvd with a beautiful beach You can rent kayaks, bicycles, canoes, paddleboards, beach chairs, and umbrellas. It has 5 miles of trails for biking and hiking, and kayak tours are also available. It is home to manatees, dolphins, roseate spoonbills, and bald eagles.
