Welcome to our secluded en-suite room for two in our chalet bungalow between the New Forest and the sea. We provide a comfortable stay and a warm welcome just minutes from the national park and 10 minutes drive to the beaches.
we are located between new milton and lymington, on the bus routes and not far from the station Ideally placed for working or studying we are also just a short drive or train ride to the theatres, shopping malls and major entertainment venues of Bournemouth and Southampton. Blue Flag beaches and quay side cafes await.

enter through the front door into a private hallway and turn left for your room You will have exclusive use of the front door during your stay and as the room is separated from the rest of the house, you will have your own space. There is free parking on the drive within sight of your room.
a selection of teas & coffees are provided with a fruit bowl on arrival We provide complimentary cereals, yoghurt and fruit juice to start the day while a Full English and other cooked breakfasts can be found just 5 minutes walk away at the Three Bells (Brewers Fayre) restaurant. They also serve lunch and dinner at excellent value.
we provide crockery, cutlery and a fridge for keeping the milk fresh but can also be used for your own drinks and snacks Also a microwave for warming up your breakfast or takeaway.
there's a small table and chairs for laptop working (plus fast free wifi), enjoying light meals, or playing one of the board games provided

yvonne and paul love the new forest area Its beautiful here between the Forest and the Sea. You can visit the local beaches, trek along the coast to Hurst Castle or go for long walks in the Forest, enjoying its spectacular natural surroundings.
yvonne works part-time with people with learning difficulties which she says is so rewarding "With husband Paul, we provide comfortable accommodation for working professionals and holiday guests. I especially love to pick the colour schemes and furnish the rooms".
