The proximity to world-class beaches and attractions like Lido Beach, Siesta Key, St. Armand's Circle, Mote Marine, and Sarasota Jungle Gardens is definitely a plus. And the RV and boat parking is a nice touch for those who want to bring their own recreational vehicles. The oversized heated salt water pool and new six person hot tub sound like wonderful ways to unwind and enjoy some relaxation time.
