Welcome to the Lake Murex Community located at the quiet west end of Sanibel Island! Surrounded by miles of bike trails to explore, the access path to the shell filled beach is only a short 10 minute walk away. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom stilted home overlooking a scenic lake. You may walk down to the private overlook to enjoy the serene views and wildlife treasures. This is a birdwatchers dream as the Great Blue Heron passes by in flight or watch the Anhinga with its wings outstretched to dry its wings. The home has a large spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. The living room has a sleeper sofa and large 70" TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped and opens out to the back screened in patio which has a dining table for 6 guests. On one side of the home is the master bedroom suite which has a king size bed, TV and private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. On the opposite side of the home there are two guest bedrooms and guest bathroom. You may also want to relax out on the wrap around front porch and wave to the neighbors passing by.
