from the front door it is just 36 steps to the gulf waters and miles of white sandy beach The cottage is ground level (2 steps into the unit) located in a small gulf front complex with only 9 cottages, in a location convenient to bike paths, restaurants, grocery stores, movies, shops, etc.
the cottage has one bedroom with a king-size bed and flat-screen tv The living area has a 44' flat screen high definition TV and DVD player. The kitchen has full-sized appliances, cabinets, and Corian countertops. The bathroom has a large comfort height vanity and a large walk-in shower. The shower has a smooth pebble floor for a spa-like feeling. Handy outside hot and cold shower to rinse off after the beach. There's also a hose located by the back entrance for washing off sandy feet, paws, or shells! Ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. Weber charcoal grill. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. Parking is right beside the unit. Wireless high-speed internet is also provided.
