There are many outdoor areas like the gazebo, two docks, fire pit, and a floating dock. You'll love the coziness of the large fireplace and the open floor plan with high ceilings.

this is a quiet and private street, a complete getaway with houses spaced out The neighbors do all know each other and keep an eye out for each other.

you'll need a car to get around but once you are at the house, you'll probably never want to get in your car We do not have a boat ramp, the closest boat ramp is Kowaliga Marina or an access close to Children's Harbor. We do have a floating dock for easy boat docking.
we do have an 65$ pet fee for guests for each dog For example, two dogs would be $130 for the entire stay. We only allow dogs. Please note if booking on Airbnb, they now allows you to pay a single pet fee, but if you have more than one pet, we will charge you for those additional prior to arrival.
