- no parties, as this is a residential neighborhood Neighbors will call the police if you are disrespectful. No smoking indoors otherwise you will be charged an additional cleaning fee and we ask that cigarette smokers kindly smoke in the front driveway area & dispose of cigarettes properly. By booking you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $250 and will be subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
