Best of all, it's centrally located in the heart of the historic district, walking distance to restaurants, nightlife and just few minutes from the beach.

1 Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. Please park in any available spot within the community (parking is first come first serve). The Gardenia unit comes with a private garage.
2 No shoes inside the home.
3 No smoking inside! Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the receptacle or ashtrays provided on the front porch/balconies. you will be charged for any signs of smoking inside or of there's any damage to furniture!
4 No parties, events or film crews.

6 Quiet time is from 9pm to 8am. enjoy yourself but be respectful of the neighbors!
