The Retreat Cottage is a funky old country house; it is not a lace-doily kind of place. Everything works, and everything is clean, but stylistically it is country hodgepodge. It is the kind of place you can be comfortable bringing your friends, kids, or dogs without walking on tiptoes so as not to disturb anything. On the second floor, there is a queen bed, a twin daybed, and a twin trundle bed. There is WiFi and satellite TV in the cottage, as well as a landline phone with free long distance (in case your cell phone does not have reception).
