1 RULES AND REGULATIONS - Guests agree to abide by all rules and regulations contained herein and in the property's information book and posted signage. Guest's obligations include but are not limited to keeping the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and causing no unsafe or unsanitary conditions in the premises. Guests agree not to use the premises for any commercial activities or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation. Guest shall not use or permit on the premises any illegal controlled substances, firearms, or items hazardous to persons or property. The use of all-terrain vehicles and motorcycles is prohibited. Smoking is never allowed inside and anywhere outside the house. Guest’s breach of any duty contained in this paragraph shall be considered material and shall result in the termination of guest occupancy with no refund of any kind.

- our cabin is located in a wooded area, surrounded by a diverse array of wildlife To ensure a safe and harmonious stay, we ask that guests diligently clean the kitchen each night and properly seal all food containers to avoid attracting pests. Please refrain from leaving any food or trash outside, as it may attract wild animals. Please keep in mind, this is a cabin in the woods, our natural surroundings may include bugs, insects, rodents and wildlife, as we cannot control their presence.

3 OCCUPANCY – IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RENTAL PROPERTY BE OCCUPIED BY MORE PERSONS THAN DESCRIBED ON THE RESERVATION. Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premisses. A violation of this rule will result of immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) from the property without a refund. It is important to have the correct number of guests in the reservation, so please update accordingly if the number changes after you first book. The cabin comfortably sleeps 8, and the number of guests is strictly limited to 8. Sleeping 8 people will require 2 people in each king bed, 1 person on each twin bed (one twin with twin trundle plus 2 twin beds). If the cabin is filled to capacity, 4 people will be sleeping on the upper level and sharing 1 bathroom up there (or need to go to the main level bathroom).
in no event shall guest assign or sublet the rental property in whole or in part Violations of these rules are grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind.
