This apartment is located inside the famed Kemp House. The Kemp house, circa 1938, is a Tudor Revival home, built for T.J. Kemp an agent for the Sinclair Refining Company during the 1930s. This large residence is noteworthy for its brick detail and half-timbering. Originally a single-family residence, it eventually because a boarding house in the 50s and 60s-renting rooms weekly. Later it housed retail stores, a coffee shop, The Blue Heron Gallery, and more.
the one bedroom apartment is on the first floor of the kemp estate The apartment is about 750 square feet contains its own entrance, bathroom, bedroom, living room/kitchen, and private deck.

the bedroom features a queen sized bed with topper, full sized closet, sound machine, iron and ironing board along with an extra pillow and blanket

the tv is a smart tv so bring along your login information for hulu, netflix, prime etc If you don’t have a membership, each app offers free trials in addition to the other free apps on Roku and live TV tile on Roku.
the front patio offers a gas grill, outdoor dining table, and outdoor furniture The back deck is a private oasis with tall bamboo, Edison lights, and outdoor furniture. There is one reserved parking space provided. If another space is needed, please message me to make arrangements. there is a shared laundry room on property open 9am-9pm on a first come first served basis
