Property is located on 40 acres. With in 40 minutes from WISP Ski Resort in Deep Creek Lake, MD and 40 minutes from Canaan Valley Ski Resorts, in WV. Close to Blackwater Falls State Park. Hiking, fishing, cross country skiing, ATV riding near by. Sledding, tubing, snow shoeing right on property. Restaurants and shopping in near by Oakland MD, and Davis, WV 20 minuets from cabin.
additional small cabin right next to main cabin with washer and dryer facility's, extra refrigerator, great place for kids to come in to take off clothes and boots from playing in the snow
this cabin has a fenced in yard for pets WIFI and DISH TV, and Stereo. Also, a Fire Pit.
