In a peaceful area between Soller and Fornalutx you will find this wonderful comfortable cottage with a citrus plantation all around. The house offers peace and privacy, no neighbors. The house has a double bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and bathroom on suite. There is a fully equipped kitchen, toilette with shower and nice living room with a dining area, sofa bed and fireplace. Outside there is a lovely garden with flowers, a charming spacious terrace with stunning views of the mountains and even a covered terrace with dining furniture.
the house has private parking space and a large natural pond (12 meters x 7 meters wide and 3 meters deep) We use it to water the orange and lemon trees in the finca. We do not use chemicals in the water, which is changed weekly, and we have some color Koi fishes.
feel free to pick up fruits from the trees in the finca and explore the land, including a little private pine forest and the citrus orchard.
