the house is a haven of tranquility with just the water below lapping onto the beach and the sound of cicades in the trees to disturb you
there is a large swimming pool which can be heated early or late season (supplement of €5000 per night) set in stone patios and colourful gardens with lawns. Guests can also enjoy the brand new stone BBQ, vast water front patios and outside dining area with pergola which overlooks the length of this beach plot.

In our opinion it's a magical place, our directors favourite villa and a perfect retreat for a family looking for a spacious well positioned house where a car isn't an absolute necessity.
