This area of the beach is undeveloped and will stay that way. The owners spend lots of time and money selecting unique furnishings for this home.
if you are afraid of heights, we got you! this property is only 1 deck To your right (facing the beach), you have no other buildings taking your views. you are close to dog beach as you possibly can! so enjoy all that and more!
the ground level garage offers parking for two vehicles The living level offers the great room which is a combo living/dining/kitchen. This is a large well-equipped space. The master bedroom offers a king bed, private master bath and access to the Gulf front deck which can also be accessed from the living area. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, as well as bunks and shares a hall bathroom area. This home is pet-friendly for small dogs only (limit 2, close to Dog Beach). A one-minute walk across the dune walkover puts you directly on the white sands of beautiful Pensacola Beach. You can almost feel the sea spray from the balcony. Elevator not available for guests.
